Joe Public bring home eleven Loeries

Johannesburg-based brand agency Joe Public has been ranked 6th agency overall in the latest Loerie tables, and now houses an additional eleven Loerie awards in the office.

"The team is absolutely ecstatic," says Executive Creative Director Pepe Marais. "It has been an incredibly busy 12 months and apart from picking up several new business accounts, our latest Loerie accolades confirms that our brand strategies and creative work is of the highest standard."

Joe Public was awarded a Craft Gold for Clover, a Gold for creative use of paper and, in conjunction with Gloo Digital, won another Gold award for an experiential online piece. The agency also received Silver's for Tracker; ROCK4AIDS; Clover and Brothers For Life and Bronze awards for Art for Aids and Tracker. Joe Public received a further craft certificate in conjunction with Gloo Digital.

"I am really proud of what we as an agency and as a team have achieved. We have an incredible pool of talent and clients and recognise every staff member and brand manager who has played a huge part in our success," says Pepe. "Relative to our size it's an incredible achievement if you consider that the agencies ahead of us have double or triple our staff complement.

Our rankings currently place us 6th overall, 4th in Communication Design; 3rd in Experiential and as the second best medium sized agency in the country. We can only go up from here."
