Michael Lebona joined Pernod Ricard South Africa in 2017 as General Manager for the Inland Region, including Lesotho and Swaziland, following a long-standing commercial career in the food and beverage industry.

Lebona leads a team of approximately 65 people from Sales, Merchandising and Special Events with a focus on achieving strong performance for both Pernod Ricard and its customers. He is also the Chairman of the EEC (Employment Equity Committee).
