In my quest to do all this I strive to obtain absolute clarity on core issues, drill down to "ground truth", coach and train relentlessly while feeding my incurable hunger for knowledge.
I apply my craft in the areas of HR Information Systems, Organization Development and Change, Personal and Leadership Development.

I am also an official member of the Regenesys Business School Academic Faculty, acting a Dissertation Supervisor to MBA students and Part Time Lecturer at the Southern Business School.
