She obtained BA and LLB degrees from the University of Natal and was admitted as an attorney in 2002. She was later appointed as a partner within the Employment Practice area in 2008. Rosalind has extensive experience in various areas of general Employment Law, more especially in the provision of advice and opinions on: the Basic Conditions of Employment Act; retrenchments, performance management, disciplinary hearings and arbitrations.
Rosalind regularly acts for a number of large corporate clients in the mining and road-freight industries on matters relating to employment litigation which includes urgent applications, interdicts, reviews, dismissal disputes, arbitrations and general litigation. In addition, Rosalind assists and advises clients on a wide range of non-litigious employment law matters and matters of a commercial nature with employment implications such as strategic planning, restructuring and outsourcing.
