Thabani Khumalo is a passionate researcher, reader, writer and an analyst who is MD of Think Tank Marketing Services, a management and marketing communications consultancy.

Thabani has also been chair of Youth Shaping Their Destiny; a board member of the Services SETA; a communication specialist for the KwaZulu-Natal Local Government Association; and communication adviser to eThekwini mayor councillor Obed Mlaba.

He has a BA Hons (labour relations) and MA in human resources management (Rand Afrikaans University).
