Campaign Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Programme management: Coordinate and manage projects efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly board reports.
- Campaign execution: Implement and manage campaign communications.
- Client relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Customer support: Assist customers and resolve queries promptly.
- Rewards fulfilment: Support the team with programme rewards fulfilment.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on programme specifications.
- KPI management: Collaborate with teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Copywriting: Be creative with copy to effectively communicate campaign messages.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and proactively.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing.
- Strong creative ability
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- High energy and drive to manage multiple programmes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education in a relevant field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Must reside in Cape Town.
- This is an office-based role.
