Superseed is a Cape Town-based digital agency specialising in world-class web development, meaningful digital marketing, and engaging social media. We work with clients locally and internationally across industries including beauty, pharma, wine, education, NGOs, property, tech, and more.

We’re looking for a Digital Designer with 4-6 years experience who thrives on creativity, strategic thinking, and delivering results. This is a versatile role that spans web design, brand & collateral and campaign. If you’re detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about impactful design, we’d love to hear from you.


What floats our boat

Creative thinking, strategic branding, UX and UI, digital strategy, social media marketing—and the occasional office dance-off.

What you'll do

• Design visually stunning and user-focused websites that align with UX principles.
• Develop brand identities and roll out digital collateral, including logos, campaign graphics, and presentations.
• Create and optimise digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and general digital use.
• Execute integrated campaign rollouts across multiple channels.
• Develop wireframes and collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity.
• Support motion graphics and storytelling through visual content.
• Participate in client briefings and pitches, showcasing your creative ideas and solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in web design with a strong understanding of web development principles.
• A portfolio showcasing work in brand identity, web, social media, and campaign design.
• Strong understanding and/or a keen interest in UX principles.
• Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma.
• An eagle eye for typography and detail.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strategic thinker who can present creative ideas confidently.
• 4-6 years of work experience in a design or digital agency environment.
