Our mission is to create innovative and effective social media content that drives engagement and achieves client objectives. We’re seeking a talented Social Media Content Producer to join our team on a 6 -12 month contract to elevate our clients’ online presence through impactful storytelling, strategic content planning, and influencer collaborations.

      Role Overview:

      The Social Media Content Producer will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content, developing content strategies aligned with clients' digital marketing objectives, and managing influencer partnerships. This role blends strategic thinking, creative execution, and collaboration to ensure our clients’ social media efforts are effective, relevant, and impactful.


      Key Responsibilities:


      Content Strategy & Planning
      • Develop content strategies for clients that align with their overall digital marketing goals and brand objectives.
      • Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and platform audits to guide strategic decisions.
      • Create content calendars detailing post schedules, themes, and messaging approaches.
      • Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep strategies current.
      Creative Ideation & Content Creation
      • Conceptualize and pitch creative content ideas tailored to client goals and target audiences.
      • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
      • Collaborate with designers to produce cohesive static and motion graphics.
      • Write engaging captions and scripts aligned with the brand’s tone and messaging.
      Influencer Sourcing & Management
      • Identify and source influencers that align with clients’ brands, objectives, and target audiences.
      • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring clear communication of deliverables and goals.
      • Track the performance of influencer campaigns, providing reports and insights to clients.
      Social Media Management
      • Schedule and publish content across platforms using tools like Hootsuite or Later.
      • Monitor and engage with communities by responding to comments and fostering conversations.
      • Provide real-time content creation support for live events or special campaigns.
      Analytics & Reporting
      • Track and analyze social media performance using platform-specific and third-party analytics tools.
      • Generate performance reports with actionable insights for optimizing future content and campaigns.
      • Use data to refine and improve content strategies over time.
      Key QualificationsExperience
      • 3+ years of experience in social media content production, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
      • Proven experience managing influencer collaborations and successful social media campaigns.
      Skills
      • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
      • Proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
      • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
      • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and platform-optimized copy.
      • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for influencer partnerships.
      • Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines.

      • Team player who collaborates effectively with designers, Account managers, and other stakeholders.
      Nice-to-Have Skills
      • Experience with paid social media advertising.

      • Photography or live video streaming experience.
