Global Africa Network Media (www.globalafricanetwork.com and www.bluechipdigital.co.za) has an exciting opportunity for a magazine designer to join their print publishing team, based in Cape Town.

This is an ideal position for a qualified designer with between 3 – 5 years’ experience. Reporting to the publishing director and editors, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design and layout of the company’s annual and quarterly B2B publications. More specifically, the successful candidate will:

• Have a relevant diploma
• Be fully proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Be experienced in taking a magazine from start to a print-ready PDF
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work under deadline pressure

This position is a full-time, in-office appointment (offices in Rondebosch, Cape Town). 15 working days’ leave per year.
