      diiVe is looking for a community engagement coordinator to cultivate an inclusive and engaged global community of students, alumni, industry partners, and thought leaders.       What you will do

      Community growth and engagement

      • Develop and manage alumni and ambassador programmes, providing professional development and network access.
      • Host in-person and virtual events that enhance diiVe’s reputation, drive sales, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
      • Coordinate outreach and maintain partnerships with speakers, facilitators, vendors, and programme partners.
      • Optimise and implement communications for prospective, current, and past diiVe participants.

      Sales and marketing

      • Manage diiVe’s brand presence, social media strategy, and content creation.
      • Develop marketing materials for events and promotional activities.
      • Execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive programme enrolment and business growth.
      • Track and analyse marketing and communications performance.

      Operations and finance

      • Oversee suppliers and guest speakers to ensure seamless programme execution.
      • Support diiVe’s programme coordination and logistics.
      • Work with the head of programmes and operations to develop and manage budgets.

      Strategy and business development

      • Research and implement strategies to enhance diiVe’s community engagement efforts.
      • Establish success metrics and track impact over time.

      Learning and development

      • Contribute to diiVe’s culture of continuous learning and innovation.
      • Develop personal and team capabilities through skill-building and leadership opportunities.

      What you bring

      Skills and competencies

      • Strong sales and marketing expertise
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
      • Innovation and problem-solving mindset
      • Advanced Excel skills and budgeting acumen
      • CRM optimisation and project management proficiency (HubSpot, Trello, Slack, Asana)

      Experience

      • Three to five years in community engagement, social media management, or customer experience
      • Exposure to startups, tourism, or travel industries (preferred)
      • Proven track record in sales and marketing strategy execution
      • Event planning and logistics management experience
