Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies: Craft and execute captivating marketing plans that resonate with our audience and align with our goals.
• Campaign management: Lead diverse marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels.
• Content creation: Develop engaging content for brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and our website.
• Market research: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Brand management: Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
• Digital marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Analytics and reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful reports to optimise strategies.
• Budget management: Manage marketing budgets effectively for maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure seamless marketing efforts.
• Event planning: Coordinate and manage promotional events, trade shows, and other exciting marketing activities.

Skills and qualifications:

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating engaging and persuasive content.
• Creativity: A creative thinker with innovative ideas for standout marketing campaigns and materials.
