Social Media and PR Specialist

Full Circle Agency is on the lookout for a social media and PR specialists to join our Cape Town Team!

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute impactful Social Media Strategies - Build and implement innovative, platform-specific content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Content creation and curation - Craft high-quality, on-brand content, including compelling copy, visuals, and video storytelling that align with campaign objectives.
• Community management and engagement - Foster brand loyalty by managing real-time interactions, responding to comments/messages, and cultivating an engaged online community.
• Influencer and brand collaborations - Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify campaigns.
• PR strategy and execution - Lead media relations efforts, write and distribute press releases, and secure high-impact press coverage in top-tier publications.
• Event and experiential PR - Work on activations, product trends, track campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimise strategy.

Requirements:

• Three-plus years' experience in social media management and PR (agency experience preferred)
• Provide ability to craft engaging content and execute strategic PR campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and experiential PR.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Established media relationships and a track record of securing press coverage.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, branding and visual storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
