Job title: Sales Consultant Photo Lab

Based at: Orms central cape town

Responsible for:

The sales consultant will be responsible for servicing clients at the Orms Photo-lab sales counter. The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Minimum educational/ qualification/ skillset required to perform the job:

• Grade 12
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluent in English and one additional language
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop + Lightroom
• Photographic, printing and retail experience advantageous
• Colour-blind candidates will not be considered due to the nature of the work

Summary of job description:

•  Provide sales assistance/guidance to clients in a retail environment
• Process/edit various image formats using Photoshop/Lightroom and other related software
• Process orders through the online/offline Orms Design Software
• Promote upselling of various services and products
• Provide professional feedback/updates over email/telephone both internally and with clients
• Ensure a clean and organised workspace and surrounding environment
• Assist with stock packaging/pricing
• Keep up to date with new promotions and offers
• Maintain stock levels
• Perform related duties as assigned by management
