What you need to land an interview:

• Two to three years of experience in IT as a quality assurance or software test analyst.
• Knowledge of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) testing principles.
• ISTQB Foundation certification would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A good understanding of the software development life cycle and processes.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Good planning and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident and professional attitude towards common goals.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused.
• Sense of ownership and ability to work as part of a team.

Qualification:

• A qualification in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field.
