MINI Sales Executive - KwaZulu-Natal

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the perfect MINI vehicle.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the MINI product lineup, including features, specifications, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote MINI events and initiatives to drive sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position MINI vehicles.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Passion for the MINI brand and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and sales management software.
