Our client is a leading dealership dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality preowned vehicles and exceptional service. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented pre-owned vehicle recon and advertising clerk to join their dynamic team in Durban South, KwaZulu-Natal

Position Overview: As a pre-owned vehicle recon and advertising clerk, you will play a crucial role in preparing their preowned vehicles for sale and ensuring they are effectively advertised to attract potential buyers. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a passion for cars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate incoming preowned vehicles for reconditioning needs.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely repairs and enhancements.
• Create and maintain accurate vehicle listings on our website and other advertising platforms.
• Take high-quality photographs of vehicles and write compelling descriptions for listings.
• Monitor online vehicle performance and adjust advertising strategies as needed.
• Assist in organising the dealership's inventory and maintain a clean, organized lot.
• Drive vehicles as needed for test drives, evaluations, and deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in automotive sales, reconditioning, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, photo editing software).
• A passion for cars and a desire to help customers find the perfect vehicle.

Salary: R7,000 - R8,000 Basic Salary
