Our client, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking an experienced pre-owned vehicle sales manager to oversee their pre-owned vehicle sales department and drive performance in Durban, South, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop strategies for sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management and sales operations.
• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Stay current on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in preowned automotive sales, with leadership experience.
• Strong track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.

Salary: R25,000 - R30,000 (dep. on experience)
