Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the creative industry? Blueberry Creatives, a boutique design agency run by a talented group of women, is looking for a team player to help us grow and source new business.
If you thrive in sales and love building relationships, this role is for you! You’ll connect with potential clients, nurture relationships, and create opportunities that align with our design services—turning qualified leads into long-term clients and playing a key role in our agency’s growth.
What we're looking for
- Availability from 1 April 2025.
- At least three years of sales experience, preferably in an agency environment with knowledge of print and digital design.
- A portfolio that highlights your success in prospecting and generating new business.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organised to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Energetic and optimistic, with strong planning, reporting, and administrative skills.
- Tech-savvy and fully equipped for remote work, with a laptop, reliable Wi-Fi, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and attending networking events.
- Generate new business – Research and connect with potential clients through meetings, calls, emails, online channels, and networking.
- Qualify leads – Assess inbound and outbound leads to see if they’re the right fit for our design services.
- Achieve targets – Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently generating and converting leads.
- Build relationships – Engage with key decision-makers and influencers, showing them how our agency can bring their vision to life.
- Manage lead progress – Keep track of leads and meetings, guiding opportunities from first contact to conversion.
- Keep up with industry trends – Stay informed on market shifts and client needs to refine your outreach and boost engagement.
- Report and track performance – Monitor sales interactions, report on key metrics, and share insights with the team to refine strategies.
- Stay connected – Maintain personalised, consistent communication to nurture long-term client relationships.
This is a hybrid position at our current residential office in Durbanville (also home to four-legged friends). Applicants residing in the Northern Suburbs will be highly considered.
