Vehicle Stock Controller

Requirements:

• Ensure that all vehicle needs are met for both sales and deliveries.
• Maintain an accurate record of all new and used vehicles brought into stock.
• Ensure vehicles are PDI-ed, reconditioned, fitted with accessories as required, photographed, and valeted for the sales floor or delivery.
• Keep track of all vehicle stock.
• Work closely with the sales team, workshop, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the vehicle readiness process for sale and delivery.
• This role involves at least ninety percent driving, moving, and preparing vehicles.

Qualifications and experience:

• Grade twelve.
• Code 8 (EB) driver's licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in the motor vehicle industry at dealership level, especially as a stock controller, will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer relations skills and a team player.
• Medically fit with no criminal record.
• Must reside on the East Rand or close to the dealership.
• Own transport is necessary due to early start and late finish times.
