Your role:
Sales and service consultant:

• Engage with pet parents to understand their needs and suggest the purr-fect solution.
• Show off your knowledge and help pet parents feel confident about their choices.
• Provide wag-worthy customer service and support.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence.
