Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure excellent store presentation and stock management
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
• Handle financial aspects, including budgets, expenses, and cash-ups

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail
✔️ Strong sales, merchandising, and customer service skills
✔️ Ability to manage a large team and work under pressure
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✔️ Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Location: George, Western Cape
