Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process for multiple integrated, annual sustainability or ESG reports, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinating the work of all the people involved in publishing a book:  proofreaders, typesetters,  quality controllers and designers.
• Collaborate with advisory, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
• Monitor and evaluate production schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards of output.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing and digital technology to improve processes and end products.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Print Production, Graphic Design, Business Management, or a related field.
• Five-plus years of experience in print production, preferably in magazine or report publishing.
• Strong understanding of long-form publication design, layout and typesetting.
• Layout and typesetting skills using tools like Adobe InDesign is essential.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
