Sectional Title Property Portfolio Manager

A well-established property management company in Johannesburg North is looking for a property portfolio manager.

Requirements:

• Sectional title property management experience is essential.
• Own reliable transport (non-negotiable).
• Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act.
• Experience in compiling residential and/or commercial body corporate budgets.
• Experience in typing minutes for trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs.
• Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings for trustee meetings, AGMs, and/or SGMs when required.

Duties:

• Pro-active property management.
• Administration of property requirements.
• Customer care and service.
• Credit control.
• Building database.
• Insurance management.
• Budgeting.
• AGM/SGM meetings.
• Trustee meetings.

Remuneration:

• R33,000 CTC (negotiable depending on experience and knowledge).
