Full Circle Business Communications is an independent, unique communication and behaviour partner. We specialise in behavioural change within the workplace through our globally trusted system and communication model, supported by neuropsychological research and case studies. We are dedicated to perfecting on-site workplace communications within the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities:

• Write first drafts of various content, including notices, picture stories, and newsletters.
• Build solid relationships with shopfloor staff, supervisors, managers, and senior management.
• Proactively gather relevant, attention-grabbing, and dynamic information about clients and write exciting and relevant notices.
• Gather people-centred stories.
• Stay updated on current news.
• Contribute to planning schedules, track deadlines, and work ahead of schedule.
• Assist senior associates with system implementation for new clients.
• Monitor notice board conditions, order new pockets, and install them when needed.
• Plan and carry out creative photoshoots.

Qualifications:

• Qualification in PR/communications (or a similar field).
• Ideally, two to three years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must have at least a Code B driver’s licence (manual vehicle) – proof required.
