Job overview:

We are looking for a senior digital account /project manager to support new business development efforts. This role involves interpreting client briefs to craft strategic digital solutions and pitches for prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing but will focus on providing strategic direction rather than managing campaigns directly. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the new business development team by interpreting briefs and translating them into strategic client pitches.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored digital marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of digital channels (social media, websites, paid media) to craft innovative and effective strategies for clients.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize pitches and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to offer clients cutting-edge solutions.
Skills and qualifications (Required):
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Five-plus years of experience in digital account management and strategic marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to interpret client briefs and create compelling strategic solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEM, Google Analytics, and CMS tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills for delivering pitches to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective client solutions.
Preferred experience:
  • Experience with new business development and supporting sales teams in creating client pitches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to craft solutions that meet client needs and within budget.
  • Solid research and strategy applications to identify and meet required objectives.
  • Client facing - strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Agency Background preferred - exp. with working across multiple brands.

  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Fast paced and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
