General Manager - Mnandi Braai ( Pty) Ltd

• Act as an overall accounting officer for Mnandi Braai
• Oversee daily operations of the business
• Drive and Manage the overall Brand Growth Strategy and Store Roll Out across South Africa and Beyond
• Lead the implementation of brand development strategy
• Build, lead, and support the management team and all team members
• Build and manage a strong and profitable franchise model
• Provide strategic direction and support to all managers
• Ensure a seamless and effective integration across the operations office, central kitchen, distribution centers, logistics department, and all stores
• Develop strategies to ensure that all stores and central kitchen meet their monthly and annual targets
• Ensure all stores achieve the highest standards of customer service
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and ethics by your team
• Ensure regular research on brand perceptions and customer satisfaction is conducted to remain true to our Brand Promise
• Work with the Market Insights team to study and collate competitor activity and develop counter-strategies
• Build a strong and customer-centric brand
• Act as the ultimate brand custodian for Mnandi Braai
• Conduct end-to-end quarterly brand audits to identify any weaknesses and counter any potential challenge
• Build and manage a strong On-Line Sales Strategy
• Ensure that all employees understand the Mnandi brand values and principles
• Act as the brand’s official spokesperson
