National Sales Manager - Radio Sales

Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department
- Manage all account executives (public sector, direct and agency sales) and sales support staff
- Ensure that the team achieves its monthly set target
- Direct and oversee all sales and trade marketing activities
- Track and analyze sales statistics and trends
- Manage and resolve client enquiries related to service and/or product
- Make research-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Set sales quotas and goals for the team
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities in order to grow and maximize revenue
- Compile and present weekly operational reports
- Related experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Problem solver
- Time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- The ability to lead and motivate others
- Assertive and team-orientated
- Valid driver's licence
