Exciting opportunity for a sales representative to join Simunye Media’s Boksburg office team. We are a full-service performance driven powerhouse that creates culturally insightful campaigns and activations.

Purpose of the role:
The Sales Representative role at Simunye Media is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative, culturally insightful campaigns and activations. This role requires a results-driven approach to sales, with a focus on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and passionate about delivering high-impact marketing solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. 
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.  
• Present and promote Simunye Media’s culturally insightful campaigns and activations to potential clients.  
• Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.  
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to optimize sales strategies.  
• Lead negotiations, finalise contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.  
• Work closely with internal teams, including creative and operations, to deliver successful campaigns.  
• Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and provide regular progress reports.  
•  Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.

Requirements:

• East Rand based
• Must be a graduate
• Two-plus years sales experience
• Must have reliable transport
• Fluent in isiZulu or isiXhosa
