As the sales manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy, responsible for leading and motivating a dynamic sales team. Key responsibilities:

Leadership and management: Recruit, train and mentor a team of sales professionals.
Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Customer engagement: Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by contently going above and
beyond.

Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Operational excellence: Oversee inventory management, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain dealership
standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales manager, in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
• High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-pased environment.
• Valid drivers licence and clean criminal record.
