Construction Manager – Civil

• Supervise all civil construction activities across all sites within the group
• Report site progress systematically and monitor contractor's performance
• Use project management tools to monitor budget construction projects
• Design systems to monitor construction quality and implement corrective actions
• Directly plan and execute construction works
• Design smaller projects and execute with in-house teams
• Be familiar with costing of construction projects

• Degree or master's in civil engineering
• Ten to fifteen years of experience

• Construction methods and quality control
• AutoCAD literacy is a must
• PMP certification is preferable, with project scheduling and management as an added advantage
• Strong skills in managing site activities
