Branch Manager

• Overseeing daily operations of the branch
• Sales and customer service
• Business development
• Client liaison
• Customer credit control
• Money collection and banking
• Stock control
• Preparing annual budgets
• Hiring and managing staff, including handling discipline
• Implementing and managing the company’s safety policies
• Ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicles

• A Grade 12 certificate is mandatory
• A qualification in marketing or sales, public relations, or business management is required
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans (knowledge of a vernacular language is advantageous)
• At least three years of industry experience in a management role
• Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of Navision is advantageous)
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Professional, organised, self-motivated, and independent with the ability to manage administrative tasks and people effectively
• Must reside within Polokwane
