Our client, at a well-established dealership, is looking for a with dealership experience to join them asap.
Requirements
- Qualified technician with a Motor Vehicle Trade Test/Red Seal
- Minimum of 2 years experience after qualifying
- Contactable references and clear criminal record
- Valid SA driver's license
- Service and repair all vehicles booked into the dealership
- Diagnose and report findings accurately
- Maintain and update diagnostic tools
- Request relevant and correct parts from parts sales executive
- Notify management of any service-related issues
- Check in customers and follow up with clients
- Update job cards with accurate and detailed information on service/repairs
- Plan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification
- Plan production efficiently
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
- Maintain good communication with head office and customers
- Follow up with customers after service
