      About the role:

      Key responsibilities:
      • Administrative support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
      • Project management: Assist in managing various projects, using tools like Asana to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
      • Tech savvy assistance: Utilise your strong technical skills to streamline processes, troubleshoot minor issues, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
      • Proactive problem-solving: Anticipate needs and potential issues before they arise, offering solutions that keep the team moving forward smoothly.
      • Organisational excellence: Maintain meticulous records, organise digital files, and ensure all documents are easily accessible and up to date.
      Qualifications:
      • Previous experience: At least two years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, preferably with experience supporting senior management.
      • Project management skills: Proficiency in using Asana or other project management tools.
      • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with a range of digital tools and platforms; quick to learn new software.
      • Strong organisational skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain order in a dynamic work environment.
      • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with team members at all levels.
      • Proactive: A self-starter who can work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
