A well-established automotive group based in Rustenburg is looking for young graduates interested in pursuing a career in parts sales within the automotive industry.
The successful candidate will join a reputable dealership’s parts department, where they will develop all the necessary skills to become a proficient and qualified parts sales professional.
This is a twelve-month programme, and full training and development will be provided. Candidates must be committed to the full twelve-month period, with the possibility of permanent employment after completing the programme.
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s licence is required (non-negotiable).
- Grade twelve.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, communication sciences, or equivalent.
- Must not have been registered with a YES programme or initiative within the last twelve months.
- Available to start immediately.
- Computer literate.
- You want to be part of a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced industry and team.
- You are eager to establish a long-term career in the exciting and fast-paced parts sales sector within automotive retail.
- You are willing to learn and be trained as a professional in the dealership parts sector.
- You are committed to completing training modules and assignments.
- You are open to being coached and mentored.
- You are prepared to work dealership hours.
- You are target-driven and thrive in a performance-based environment.
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- You are passionate about the automotive industry and its parts and accessories.
- You are quick to acquire product knowledge.
- You have a good marketing personality.
- You are able to meet deadlines and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
