We are currently seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a retail sales consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store environment. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers on a daily basis, assisting them with their product inquiries, providing expert advice, and guiding them through their purchase process. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage and interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, showcasing features and benefits of various products.
- Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company.
- Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and adequately stocked.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a retail sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong customer service skills, with a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
