Key responsibilities
Generate and convert leads
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Conduct telesales.
- Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Negotiate with clients.
- Develop sales proposals.
- Secure and attend at least three appointments with clients weekly.
- Follow up on leads received and close the sale.
- Develop and maintain a leads database.
Generate sales and meet targets
- Sell and upsell company services and products.
- Generate and maintain a sales database.
- Produce sales reports monthly.
- Meet monthly sales targets as specified.
Client retention
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain healthy client relationships (one meeting weekly).
- Track and improve client activities and sales.
- Follow up and win back clients (one meeting weekly).
- Retain at least one client per month.
- Develop and maintain client retention databases.
Other duties
- Submit monthly reports no later than the seventh of each month.
- Submit weekly plans every Friday for the following week.
- Three to five years of sales experience.
