Academic Administration Manager

The Centre for Creative Education (CCE) is seeking a full-time academic administration manager to oversee quality assurance management systems and ensure academic compliance in programme delivery.

Purpose of the job: The academic administration manager (AAM) will be responsible for managing quality assurance systems and ensuring academic compliance across all programmes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years' experience in higher education administration in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of higher education legislation and FETC sector regulatory requirements, including SAQA, ETDP SETA, QCTO, CHE, DHET, and SACE.
• Knowledge of early childhood and primary schooling sectors.
• Expertise in quality assurance management systems and compliance.
• Monitoring, evaluation, and management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, analyse implications and present supported conclusions.

Advantages:

• A master's degree in education, management, or administration.
• Experience in non-profit organisational leadership.
