Account Manager

Ampd is looking for an experienced account manager, preferably with below-the-line (BTL) experience. A passion for bringing BTL campaigns to life, engaging with clients and suppliers, and watching ideas unfold is essential. We’re looking for someone energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Ideally, candidates should have at least two years’ experience in a similar role.

Role overview and requirements

• Ability to receive a brief and execute all tasks required to run the campaign smoothly
• Strong communication skills, able to respond quickly and clearly to clients regarding campaign logistics
• Experience briefing national suppliers and coordinating with the bookings department
• Meticulous, process-driven, and comfortable working with internal systems
• Confident using Excel to formulate quotes and build budgets
• Skilled in project planning, timeline setting, and managing both suppliers and internal team members
• Comfortable working with short timelines and able to deliver high-quality work efficiently
• Proficient in PowerPoint for creating proposals and campaign briefs
• Willing to pick up the phone to resolve issues quickly rather than relying solely on email
• Proactive, with the ability to anticipate problems and plan contingencies
• Hardworking, with a strong work ethic and a passion for going the extra mile for clients and the agency
• Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail
• Professional and confident telephone manner, with the ability to explain and negotiate
• Comfortable working with numbers and able to explain promoter remuneration clearly
• Strong logistical planning and coordination skills
• Forward-thinking, with the ability to plan and manage resources ahead of time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve quickly
• Maintains a professional tone in all communications, whether written or verbal
