You should also be able to lead and develop a team that works both virtually and from our offices in the heart of the stunning Garden Route.
Your skills will shape how the world perceives dotsure.co.za. You will not only maintain brand integrity across every marketing touchpoint and consumer communication but also be the overall guardian of our rapidly growing brand.

This is a permanent position based in the beautiful city of George, Western Cape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a coordinated, integrated marketing plan that grows the brand and portfolios
- Ensure brand consistency across all identified client touchpoints
- Manage corporate identity roll-out
- Drive internal culture branding initiatives
- Brief and manage the execution of campaigns
- Strategically plan and manage brand image through public relations plans and protocols
- Plan, manage, and implement social media strategies
- Plan, manage, and implement gifting strategies, including client, public relations, and corporate social investment initiatives
- Strategically plan and execute brand promises across all touchpoints
- Set up campaign monitoring and measurement records for strategic planning
- Manage stakeholders and selected team members
- Provide effective management of business activities related to the strategic and financial growth of the brand
- Coordinate with other department heads, integrating objectives and ideas for organisational growth
Minimum requirements
- Relevant marketing diploma
- Three to five years of professional partner, channel, or distributor marketing experience, from strategy to execution, in a highly driven digital environment
- Strategic and analytical thinker who can work in an international virtual team with marketing, sales, product specialists, and business partners
