Position overview: 

Motion Icon SA is seeking a highly experienced and strategic financial executive to join our dynamic team. This key leadership role will involve overseeing the financial health of the company, driving financial strategies, and ensuring operational excellence as we continue to expand globally. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes for Motion Icon SA
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives
• Manage financial risk, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Lead financial audits, tax compliance, and financial policy development
• Evaluate and implement financial strategies to support the company's expansion into new markets

Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• Proven track record as a financial executive, ideally within a media, retail, or innovative tech industry
• Strong understanding of international financial regulations and market dynamics
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex financial projects and multi-territory operations
