Requirements:
- Strong expertise in data modelling, database design, and data integration techniques
- Proficiency in data management tools, such as relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses, ETL tools, etc.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization
- Define and enforce data access controls and permissions.
- Design and implement efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to design and optimise data structures for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Monitor and optimise data architecture performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 2-3 years’ experience with data governance, data security, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data processing (e.g. SQL, Python, Java).
- 3-4 years’ experience in designing and implementing big data and analytics platforms like Hadoop and Apache Spark
