Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the events industry. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, THERE IS A STRONG EMPHASIS ON SALES and management of corporate events, company launches, family days, year-end functions and sports and team-building activities. We are looking for someone to grow the business and their opportunities within the structure!

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
• Sales and Target driven individual required
• Degree or multi year diploma in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and acceptance that the industry by its nature calls to work long hours when required
