Who are we looking for?
A strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation. We seek a candidate with strong technical marketing expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to craft and execute comprehensive digital strategies. If you're passionate about optimising user journeys and content across multiple channels, we want to hear from you.
What will you do?
- Develop strategies: Create and execute strategies to improve online visibility, engagement, conversions, brand positioning, and reputation management.
- Industry trends: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends that impact marketing objectives.
- Data analysis: Leverage data and analytics to identify insights, assess performance, and track trends.
- Content management: Plan and manage content for ads, social media, and campaigns aligned with SEO strategies.
- Campaign management: Develop, deploy, and monitor the performance of search and social media campaigns.
- Budget management: Set and manage budgets based on business targets and objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management.
- Proven experience in performance marketing within a lead-generation environment.
- Strong understanding of user journey optimisation in online conversion funnels.
- Hands-on experience in content planning and management for SEO and social media.
- Deep knowledge of onsite and offsite SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in managing Google, Meta, and other social media platforms.
- Preferably large agency or corporate experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated success and proven results.
