We are looking for a specialist with extensive knowledge of selling and building new sales, who fully understands the insurance sales industry, including client services. The ideal candidate will possess an insatiable drive to succeed and write their own cheque while being innovative in finding new ways to attract customers. A passion for people and maintaining fit and proper compliance at all times is essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets as determined by management.
• Selling and marketing insurance products to the public.
• Gathering information and documentation to request quotations from underwriters and complete compliance procedures.
• Ensuring compliance documentation is complete, discussed, and approved by the client before policy activation.
• Providing daily feedback on sales, work area, and data capturing.
• Creating and maintaining a personal network while representing the company at relevant industry events.
• Rerouting clients to underwriting and claims departments when necessary.
• Generating sales opportunities while promoting the organisation and enhancing its reputation.
