What you’ll be doing

• Juggling multiple projects like a pro—keeping everything on track, on budget, and on fire!
• Leading and mentoring a small team of junior project coordinators—because teamwork makes the dream work!
• Scheduling, booking venues, briefing suppliers, and managing logistics like a boss.
• Keeping a tight grip on project budgets while ensuring maximum impact.
• Bringing your A-game in planning and execution to deliver unforgettable brand experiences.
• Recruiting, training, and managing brand ambassadors to bring the brand to life.
• Rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on in the field—this isn’t a desk-only job!
• Working long hours and weekends when needed because great events don’t happen on a nine-to-five schedule.

What you bring to the table

• 5+ Experience in experiential marketing/project management—you’ve been in the trenches before.
• Leadership skills—you know how to inspire and guide a team.
• Super organised and detail-obsessed—your spreadsheets have spreadsheets.
• Cool under pressure—tight deadlines and last-minute changes don’t faze you.
• A team player with strong communication skills—you can rally the troops and get things done.
• Professional in appearance and conduct—you represent the best of Matriarch.
• A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset—because the show must go on!
• A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle—this role requires travel.
