A leading seed distributor in South Africa is seeking an administrative assistant for its Port Elizabeth branch.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about agriculture, highly organised, and self-motivated.
The successful candidate will support the branch manager and sales team, efficiently handle tasks, respond promptly to situations, and foster strong internal and external relationships.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/matric certificate
- Must have a driver’s licence and own transport
- Two to four years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) and English
- Professional and friendly telephone etiquette
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook (MS Dynamics is a plus)
