Duties include but not limited to:
- Responsible for assisting the CMC Complaints and Non-Disclosure Specialist.
- To obtain relevant documentation required and initiate/conduct the necessary investigations for complaints and non-disclosure considerations.
- To adhere to set time frames and ensure proper record keeping.
- Correct interpretation of clinical information, relevant Scheme Rules and relevant sections of the Medical Schemes Act.
- Complaints and non-disclosure investigations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in General Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical field and/or medical scheme managed healthcare experience.
- Excellent writing skills in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent language skill in English and Afrikaans
- Organised and methodical
- Deductive reasoning skills
- Presentation skills
Salary: Market related
