Senior/Lead Graphic Designer

• Bonus points if you have videography/editing skills in Premiere Pro, but it’s not a must.

 What you’ll do

• Lead by example—your work will set the standard for creative excellence in the agency.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative director to develop impactful campaigns.
• Push creative boundaries while ensuring brand consistency and client satisfaction.
• Manage high-volume workloads with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Stay ahead of trends in design, branding, and digital marketing and sharing it with the team.

 What you need to apply

• 8+ years of experience in a creative agency or design studio.
• Previous leadership experience will be beneficial.
• A design qualification (diploma/degree from a respected institution).
• Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Experience in social media/digital advertising.
• Strong skills in other design programs.
• Personal attributes: Self-motivated, confident, proactive, adaptable, efficient, and reliable.
