About the role

At Multidimensions, we’re not just thinking outside the box—we’re redesigning it. We’re on the hunt for the perfect female candidate with a three-year degree in graphic, web, or video design and at least one year of hands-on experience in Adobe’s creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as WordPress with Elementor. If you can layer creativity on top of administrative savvy and update WordPress pages faster than you can say “Ctrl+Z,” then you might just be our superhuman design maven.

Responsibilities

Design mastery

• Craft stunning visuals and layouts that leave clients in awe—think of it as turning blank canvases into digital masterpieces.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to mask any design dilemmas, Illustrator to vectorise your boldest ideas, and InDesign to nail that perfect layout (no kerning errors allowed!).

Web and video wizardry

• Manage and update WordPress pages using Elementor—because your design skills deserve a pixel-perfect platform.
• Leverage any experience in video design with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush, and After Effects to add motion and magic to our projects.

Administrative and project coordination

• Keep our creative engine running smoothly by emailing current clients, managing ongoing projects, organising email distribution lists, and contacting training delegates.
• Balance the creative chaos with excellent organisational skills—think of it as keeping all your layers neat and tidy in your project file.

Continuous upskilling

• Embark on a learning journey with provided courses covering design, web development, training, AI, and beyond. Stay ahead of trends like a true design visionary!

Requirements

• A three-year degree in graphic, web, or video design (preferably all three).
• Minimum one year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and WordPress using Elementor. (If you know The Gem WordPress theme, you get ten extra points!)
• Bonus points for skills in video design using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush, and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Firefly, Claude, Gemini).
• Exceptional attention to detail—because one pixel out of place is like a misaligned grid!
• A self-starter with a hunger for learning, creative innovation, and achievement.
• Excellent communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and team members.

Important to note:

The Multidimensions team of eight is scattered across South Africa. You will mostly be working alone or with the director at the head office in Harfield Village. We therefore need somebody who is super disciplined.
