We are seeking a dynamic and innovative senior account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing high-profile clients across both consumer and business sectors. A deep understanding of the hospitality industry would be a significant advantage.
This role demands a creative and results-driven individual who can develop and execute impactful PR campaigns that generate measurable results. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving positive media coverage, and contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative PR strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts across various platforms.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and exceeding client expectations.
- Proactively identify media opportunities and pitch compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor media coverage and analyse its impact on client reputation, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on media relations, crisis management, and reputation management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of PR campaigns and maximise campaign impact.
- Contribute to new business development efforts through industry networking and thought leadership.
- Minimum of five years of experience in PR, with a strong focus on both consumer and business clients.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- A passion for storytelling and the ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of media landscape and emerging trends, including digital and social media.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and partnership.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach with a strong desire to mentor and develop team members.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimise strategies accordingly.
